Kryspin-Dent
Website and communication development for two dental practices in Gdańsk.
MARKETING TRÓJMIASTO PROJECTKryspin-DentWhat problem were we solving?
Two locations, a broad range of procedures and different patient needs created a complicated information journey. The website needed clearer routes to treatment descriptions, first-visit information and contact details.
What was delivered?
- Service landing pages and improved navigation
- Patient FAQ and first-visit information structure
- Before-and-after portfolio presentation
- Social media reels and graphic materials
- Local search content and website improvements
- Information architecture for clinic communication
How was it carried out?
The work connected information design, marketing copy and digital graphics. Priority was given to the practical questions patients ask before choosing an appointment, rather than to adding decorative content.
Improving only one part of a project is rarely enough. Content, design, navigation and the contact journey should work together. The scope is therefore planned around real customer questions and the points where a business presents its offer.
Why this approach?
Procedural pages, first-visit guidance and gallery sections serve different needs. They were organized to make medical services easier to understand and avoid overwhelming people with unrelated details.
Medical communication requires accuracy and careful wording. Visual changes must not imply medical outcomes that have not been verified, and practical information should remain easy to update.
What did the engagement deliver?
The project delivered a coordinated set of landing pages, visual assets and supporting materials for the two locations. No unverified growth or patient acquisition figures are attributed to these changes.
Different patient journeys deserve distinct pages, while the entire clinic should retain one consistent communication system.
